Most Freeze for UGC frustration is not a mystery patch—it is a missed boost, a dead code, a sleeping device, or a shop stock timing issue. Use this page as a symptom → fix map, then deep-link into the system guides when you need the full loop.

Codes say invalid / expired
- Copy the string carefully—no spaces, respect case if the UI is strict.
- Try the currently featured list first:

I cannot find the Codes button
- Wait for the lobby HUD to finish loading.
- Look along the bottom or side of the screen (placements move after GUI updates).
- Rotate the camera; some buttons sit under other panels.
- Rejoin from the official experience page, not a random server browser bookmark.
- On mobile, try landscape and a larger UI scale if text is clipped.

Time is not increasing
Checklist:
- Are you actually still? Walking, emoting, or slap spam can interrupt the freeze fantasy depending on how the tick is wired that patch.
- Is the client connected? A frozen avatar with a dead network earns nothing.
- Did Windows/iOS sleep? Fix with Safe AFK Setup.
- Did you measure for at least two full minutes? Short glances misread slow UI.
- Rejoin and confirm the Time label is the currency you think it is.
Baseline community reports still describe about +1 Time per second before multipliers. If your sample is far below after boosts, rejoin and re-check group/friend/Premium flags.
Boosts look missing
- Like the experience and join AFK FOR UGC for the ~+15% path.
- Friend must be in the same server for the ~+10% path.
- Premium / Roblox Plus bonuses only apply on eligible accounts—verify membership status.

If boost text changed after an update, trust the live HUD over old screenshots.
UGC will not claim / item missing
- Confirm you have enough Time for the listed price.
- Stock is limited—sold-out is not a bug.
- Wait for the purchase toast; do not spam click into a double-spend panic.
- Check your avatar inventory / recently collected items after a rejoin.
- Never use third-party “claim sites” that ask for your password.

Spins do nothing / wheel feels empty
Spins are variance on top of AFK, not a second Time printer. Batch them when you have several, then return to freeze. Guide: Spins and Rewards.
Slap points vs Time confusion
Slap points do not buy limited UGC. Time does. If you spent an hour slapping and your shop is still locked, that is expected. Read Slap and Steal and Robux and Gamepasses before spending Robux on steal tools.
Client crashes / kicks
- Update Roblox
- Clear other heavy apps
- Avoid overheating setups
- Rejoin and re-run the boost checklist—multipliers do not always survive a bad reconnect mentally if you forget to confirm them
Script and executor “fixes”

No. Premium adds a bonus when the AFK loop already works. Fix connection and stillness first.
Is a sold-out limited a bug?
Usually no. Limited stock ends. Pick another target or wait for a restock announced in updates.
Where do I report a real bug?
Use official group or Discord channels. Never send passwords to anyone claiming they can restore Time.
